As our salesperson, you'll develop and implement your own initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals.     $45,000 - $55,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
    • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
    • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
    • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
    • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
    • Remain up-to-date on projected production volume and strive to meet and exceed company sales goals
    • Remain current on current industry trends and suggest potential areas of opportunity for management
    • Strategize to effectively manage existing client accounts and obtain new accounts
    • Develop a personal network to assist the firm in achieving practice development and marketing goals by identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients
    • Conduct pertinent phone calls to develop and maintain relationships with customers
    • Estimate project cost and scope utilizing estimating tools and high attention to detail
    • Accurately complete estimates within specified timelines in a deadline drive environment
    • Make changes and gain approvals when necessary
    • Ensure customer retention through excellent follow-up sales procedures
    • Communicate with the Shop Floor as needed to complete orders. Ensure that all orders are successfully filled, and any issues are promptly reported
    • Report customer complaints to Quality and Operations for investigation and resolution
    • Maintain contact with clients and possess a thorough knowledge of the client and significant facets of the client's business
    • Provide support in the event of a product issue. Initiate the corrective action process
    • Prepare and deliver presentations about products and services to prospective clients and to the communities we serve
    • Schedule and attend sales and customer meetings as needed
    • Attend scheduled trade shows as requested
    Qualifications:
    • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Education and Experience: Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or a bachelor's (4-year) degree preferred but not required. Five (5) years of relevant experience
    • Selling Skills: Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value. Knows customer markets and the issues/challenges they face and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships to drive increased revenue and demand for services
    • Financial Reports and Documents: Understand basic concepts of financial reports: Profit Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Able to interpret results and translate them into focused actions
    • Strategic Skills: Comprehends the 'big picture'. Determines opportunities and threats. Comfortable contributing to the strategic plan and future direction of the organization
    • Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to interpret financial information. Analyze performance against business plans and industry benchmarks
    • Computer Skills Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software; especially MS Office, Word, Excel, and sales software (ACT, CRM, etc.)
