    COMPANY OVERVIEW

    Located in bustling downtown Chicago, IL, Trajektory is a forward-thinking startup specializing in data insights and valuation technology with a fresh approach to harnessing and valuing sponsorship data in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors. The company places a strong emphasis on fostering a supportive culture that prioritizes both personal and professional growth, endorsed by the leadership team. We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Product Manager to help us bring to life our vision for a revolutionary sponsorship reporting platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the platform, as well as ensuring successful execution. This entails close collaboration with senior management, engineering, sales, marketing, and client success teams.

    POSITION DETAILS

    • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap to achieve revenue and growth targets for our products.
    • Collaborate closely with a diverse cross-functional team to grasp business goals and user requirements.
    • Translate product needs and business objectives into well-defined user stories and features.
    • Prioritize and score features, roadmap, and product backlog.
    • Conduct market research to evaluate the competitive landscape, identify opportunities, trends, and threats.
    • Monitor and report customer engagement on the platform.
    • Supervise sprint activities, manage the backlog, and oversee the release of new features in collaboration with the development and design teams.
    • Streamline user experience across products in coordination with the design team.
    • Collaborate with the development team to strategize and implement the roadmap and backlog.
    • Utilize PM framework and processes to define functional and technical requirements for development.
    • Work across functions to devise and implement product and feature launch plans.
    • Establish objectives and KPIs for new product introductions, coordinating with marketing on go-to-market strategies and success metrics.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Prior experience in product management within a SaaS platform company.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and technical teams.
    • Proven track record in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and maintenance.
    • Exceptional written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills with a focus on detail.
    • Expertise in formulating product requirements.
    • Demonstrated success in delivering engaging product experiences for users, backed by tangible results.
    • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, complemented by technical acumen.
    • Skilled at prioritizing product roadmaps and backlogs while managing capacity constraints.
    • Action-oriented individual who excels in delivering value and enhancing outcomes.
    • Proactive in problem-solving, self-motivated and goal-oriented, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
    • Adaptable, enthusiastic, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
