Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) Advanced Programs (AP) is seeking a Cyber Capture Management Principal to lead in current cyber security and hardware assurance Research and Development (R&D) projects.
We are looking for candidates experienced in securing and overseeing advanced technology development endeavors within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), engaging in embedded cyber (i.e. system/software security), microelectronics (i.e. trustworthy hardware), and product security (i.e. red teaming, penetration testing, program evaluations for DoD weapon systems).
Responsibilities entail identifying new business opportunities, steering advanced cyber security portfolios, leading technology development teams, winning proposals, managing costs/schedules, and engaging with Government clients to foster new business.
The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate vertically and horizontally within the Lockheed Martin organization, building solid customer relationships to advance cyber resilient systems.
You should exhibit remarkable skills in crossing organizational boundaries and jurisdictions, leading multidisciplinary teams to craft sophisticated security solutions.
