We remain an equal opportunity company.Proposal Analysis Manager coordinates proposal activity / assignments for a team of Proposal Analysts, ensuring all proposals are resourced. Incumbent will interface with program and capture management to coordinate all aspects of cost proposal management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Keep market segment F&BO and program management informed of critical proposal requirements & issues; effectively work with program counterparts to mitigate issues
- Provide leadership and guidance on all proposal matters within assigned market segments; develop sound proposal strategies consistent with
RMS objectives - Review subordinates work throughout lifecycle of a proposal
- Promote use of standard
RMS tools, processes, and practices within areas of responsibility - Provide feedback and guidance to assigned employees; coach and mentor proposal analysts
- Identify productivity initiatives and make sound recommendations to improve proposal processes
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication / presentation skills
- Proficient with MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint
- Ability to work with teams across multiple locations
- Ability to analyze and assess data based on internal and external policies and procedures
- Knowledge of government contract execution, FAR / DFARS proposal requirements
- Ability to prepare and present financials for different levels of leadership

RMS F&BO practices and procedures - Familiar with
RMS pricing tools (ProPricer & genBOE) - Experience leading teams or individuals on projects

Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
