Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Honda Santa Monica

Responsibilities
The BDC Representative acts as the communication link between the customer and automotive dealership. The BDC Representative is responsible for confirming and rescheduling service appointments via inbound/outbound calls.

  • Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call.
  • Master Power Tracks and use appropriately.
  • Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience is required
:


  • Prior Automotive Dealership/BDC experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer.

Compensation

  • The position pays $18.00/hour, plus bonus based on performance such as Individual Appointments Shown.
  • Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, jobrelated knowledge, and location._

Hiring Requirements

  • 18 years or older
