Responsibilities

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will leverage your dealership experience and expertise in automotive sales to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Handle all incoming internet sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards

Compensation

Compensation:

$16.78 per hour + commission.

Commission Eligibility:

Yes, this position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the Team Member.

Bonus Eligibility:

Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved by management.

Hiring Requirements

18 years or older
You are required to possess or obtain a valid California Auto Sales License
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
