    Job Description

    Job DescriptionPartners In Care is seeking a Supply Coordinator responsible for the organization's cost-effective management of medical supplies and equipment. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the lives of our patients.

    Compensation: $20-25 per hour (DOE).
    Location: Local/regional travel by personal vehicle during the working day, centralized from the Bend office and extending throughout Central Oregon.
    Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

    What You Get To Do:
    • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and sales representatives.
    • Order supplies as needed to maintain adequate levels of supplies.
    • Bills for medical supply costs.
    • Rotate stock as needed to avoid outdated expiration dates.
    • Keep supply room clean and adhere to OSHA/Regulatory standards.
    • Fill clinician supply requests promptly to ensure the efficiency of clinician time.
    • Maintain Glucometers and supplies.
    • Maintain inventory records on all medical supplies.
    • Problem-solve errors and equipment issues as needed.
    • Demonstrate a positive attitude and working relations with coworkers and the community.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
    • 1-2 years of medical supply experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Adequate verbal, written, and organizational skills needed to perform job functions.
    • Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
    • Current automobile insurance, a valid Oregon drivers license, and reliable transportation are required for those working in the field.

Our predominantly mobile workforce of over 200 employees serves patients and their families in a 10,000-square-mile area. About 175 local volunteers work with Partners In Care in fundraising, resource coordination, and other areas of community support.
