    Our aim is to combine experienced healthcare expertise with Silicon Valley talent to shake up this industry and change the way veterinarians and hospitals workAs Roo expands its platform to multiple territories, we are looking to add a fantastic Account Manager to help support and grow providers and users in our Dallas / Fort Worth region this year and beyond.

    This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Account Management and will be a vital role in supporting our Roo users.

    Though this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will live in the Dallas / Fort Worth region of the United States and able to work in Central Time.

    Your ResponsibilitiesProvide support for all hospital and vet professional users throughout the end-to-end Roo experience process - e.g. onboarding, new user/pre-first shift contact, etc.

    Help to fulfill needed relief shifts through vet network knowledge and in coordination with BDEnsure hospital & vet users remain actively engagement & happy with Roo platformManage active vet/hospital general inquiriesProactively address any rainy-day scenarios and resolve any user issue or inquiry in a timely manner, working with client supportManage active vet/hospital general inquiriesCoordinate any payouts/reconciliation with FinancePlus any other activities needing AM supportAbout YouExperience working in the veterinary/animal health care space a plusStrong knowledge of working with DVMs and veterinary hospitals a plusStrong business relationship building and account managing skills.

    Ability to utilize our CRM tool (Hubspot and/or Zendesk) to track user acquisition progress.
    Proactivity - staying ahead of the curve in day-to-day work.
    Strong communication skills (a written prompt will be part of the interview process).Organized, yet able to juggle multiple tasks.
    Ability to work with different teams as well as remote team members.
    Ability to understand business needs and identify ways to grow.
    Flexibility and agility - this is an early stage startup environment.
    Positive, can-do attitude$60,000 - $95,000 a yearBase salary is commensurate with experience and geographic location.

    In addition, this role will be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary.
