    Description
    We are talent search partners for an Executive Search Firm based in the Twin Cities of
    Minneapolis, St. Paul. We are working with a client in Fort Worth, TX to identify and find an
    Accounting Manager who has experience working with an Accounting Consulting firm (either
    Big 4 or the likes of others mentioned in the description below).

    Industry Background and Size:
    Client are distributors and assembly plants for aerial lifts that are used for power generation,
    transmission and distribution, telecommunication, sign, light, and traffic, and tree care
    industries. $100M in revenue.

    Location:
    Fort Worth, TX – this is an on-site position with possible hybrid arrangement eventually. Their
    office is located close to DFW airport.

    Responsibilities of this position:

    • Own month-end close process – JE review, reconciliation review and financial statement prep.
    • Manage the audit process.
    • Ownership of accuracy of financial reports, budgets, expenditure, and revenue.
    • Develop and install financial policies and procedures.
    • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

    Must-Have Requirements of this position:

    • Big 4 background (either someone currently in a Big 4 or have had prior Big 4 experience and is now in a private sector) OR must have experience out of an Accounting Consulting firm.
    • Accounting Degree from an accredited 4-year college
    *No wiggle room in the 2 must-have requirements. If you don't have both, we cannot
    consider your candidacy.

    Compensation:
    $135k + 15% bonus

    General Notes:

    • We are working directly with the decision makers/hiring managers so you will not go
    through HR or any applicant tracking system.

    This is a new position:
    the company is moving from Waco to Fort Worth and they are
    looking for a local candidate who can be on-site alongside, and reporting to, the Chief
    Accounting Officer (CAO). The CAO is ex-PWC so you're in excellent leadership hands
