    Job Description: Service Sales Lead

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Identify, pre-qualify, and reach out to non-contract customers to introduce our company and services.
    • Write proposals and contracts for maintenance services.
    • Discuss HVAC/Plumbing equipment and maintenance requirements with clients.
    • Prepare estimates for proposed maintenance contracts using software and internal resources.
    • Prospect, cold-call, and network to generate leads and sales opportunities.
    • Follow-up on sales leads and lists provided by management.
    • Maintain client relationships and follow up with current maintenance clients.
    • Assist in developing sales processes and standards.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 years experience in marketing and sales of technical service products.
    • Experience in the mechanical industry is a bonus.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to prospect and network effectively.
    • Self-discipline and work ethic in a flexible environment.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Work Schedule and Hours: This is a salaried position with standard hours, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm, based in Bellevue, WA.
