- 2+ years of upscale dining leadership experience
- Well-rounded culinary techniques in a variety of cuisines
- Knife, butchery, and recipe-creation skills
- Excellent leadership skills with a positive attitude
- Oversee kitchen operations and be a mentor to all kitchen employees
- Manage scheduling, daily ordering, and labor control
- Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes
