    The Opportunity:

    A well-known, four-season resort nestled in the beautiful mountains of Virginia is now seeking a talented Sous Chef looking for growth and opportunity. This resort offers a diverse range of culinary options for guests, from elegant fine dining to casual and cozy eateries.

    Sous Chef Benefits:

    Sous Chef Qualifications:

    • Full-service, scratch kitchen culinary experience
    • Background in banquets/catering is a plus
    • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
    • Exceptional culinary knowledge and presentation skills
    • Knowledgeable and current with culinary trends

    Executive Chef Responsibilities:

    • Model Brand standards at all times
    • Build a cohesive and diverse high performing team
    • Manage the production & presentation of food for multiple outlets
    • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu creation & development
    • End the day knowing you delivered exceptional work
