eHealth Customer Success Specialist at AllCare Health with the eHealth Services team

Summary

This position is responsible for acquiring and maintaining Allscripts and PrimeSuite PMS and EHR software expertise.

In addition, the position provides support and training in essential system functions to providers and clinical staff for the Medical Practice Management System and Electronic Health Record and PC operating skills.

Essential Duties

Assists by phone to local users of Allscripts and PrimeSuite in resolving software or workflow issues.
Assists in the success of Allscripts and PrimeSuite by communicating providers needs to eHealth and medical staff.
Supports providers with administering EHR software and procedures.
Works with the Help Desk Supervisor on any quality data reporting needed.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university or technical degree; or three years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience working in a healthcare or professional training setting with daily exposure to computer use.

Working knowledge of healthcare, health information management, and ambulatory medical office operations is required. Experience in Instructional design is preferred.
Demonstrated training experience and knowledge of electronic medical/health records systems preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential duties of this job successfully.
