    **Dealership Specialist I**

    The Dealership Specialist I is the key link between the Dealership and Dealership Accounting. This position is an entry level position that focuses on functions that support the operations of the Dealership. This is a Remote position. Accounting related tasks are very minimal, in many cases the individual may not post to the general ledger. Successful individuals will build strong relationships with department leads and quickly gain business and automotive acumen. High performers will work with the Dealership to track key performance indicators that drive financial performance.

    The Dealership Specialist I reports to the Business Manager.

    VBI Programs

    **Additional Qualifications**

    Dealership Experience (preferred, not required)

    Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred, not required)

    Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred, not required)

    Working Conditions: Indoor office environment, considerable use of telephone, computer and other office equipment

    **Lithia Hiring Requirements**

    High school graduate or equivalent.

    18 years or older

    Possess an acceptable driving record and valid drivers license in state of residence

    A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment

    Clear pre-employment drug screen
