    Position Overview

    Welcome to Dose, a progressive supplement brand that is on the rise. We are in search of an innovative Leader of Social Media and Influencer Strategies to drive our online presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok. The perfect candidate will bring creativity, strategic vision, and a love for digital storytelling to enhance content creation, engage with our audience, and fuel growth.

    This position is completely remote with occasional travel to our headquarters in Miami, FL.

    Content Creation and Strategic Planning

    • Responsible for creating and executing the social media strategy, overseeing content creation, platform engagement, and audience growth initiatives
    • Create on-brand content that aligns with current trends, reflects our brand's identity, and repurposes existing content creatively
    • Plan video/photo shoots, including talent scouting, location selection, and storyboarding
    • Provide post-production guidelines for video editing
    • Consistently produce captivating content for Instagram and TikTok to drive interaction, enhance the brand's online presence, and encourage engagement
    • Collaborate with the paid media team to maximize partnership opportunities

    Influencer Collaborations

    • Develop a comprehensive influencer strategy and manage relationships
    • Keep track of interactions and partnerships
    • Lead the outreach process and ensure influencer content aligns with brand objectives
    • Manage monthly influencer budget

    Performance Evaluation and Trend Analysis

    • Analyze social media and influencer performance, utilizing insights to drive strategy and monitor KPIs

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with brand experience
    • Proven success in growing Instagram and TikTok brand pages
    • Experience managing influencer campaigns with successful outcomes
    • Ability to use data analytics to shape creative strategies
    • Comfortable in a camera-facing role
    • Experience in social media marketing, particularly with direct-to-consumer brands
