    Social Media Manager - Paid Summer Internship

    Company: Capital Art Advisory

    Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

    Job Type: Full Time (40 hours/week) Entry Level

    Overview:

    Capital Art Advisory is searching for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creation Assistant with a passion for digital content creation. This diverse role involves filming, video editing, and managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should stay updated on social media trends and have a strong grasp of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and podcast production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Management:

    • Develop and create engaging content, showcasing the company's activities, tailored for each social media platform.
    • Handle videography tasks using an iPhone initially, experience with professional cameras is a bonus.
    • Conduct video editing and minor graphic design work, with a preference for candidates with relevant portfolios.
    • Play a crucial role in content planning and execution, from filming to editing, and preparing posts with fitting captions.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be located in New York City, mainly for filming in Manhattan.
    • Openness to domestic travel.
    • Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and an interest in art.
    • Proficiency in video production and social media management.

    Compensation Structure:

    • Trial Phase: Participate in a paid trial with a day of filming and creation of edited content pieces.
    • Internship: Upon a successful trial, transition to a full-time internship with hourly pay.
