    Description


    Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility.

    We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 100 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

    What You'll Do:


    The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for meeting with key cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop, deploy and support business processes.

    This includes improving existing business processes as well as identifying/driving new processes for the team to improve our scalability, flexibility, cost, and proactiveness.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

    Develop, maintain and update process documentation, standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and policies that reduce process variation and drive process flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness.

    Applies a lean methodology (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) and lean tools to continuous improvement efforts to achieve financial and customer benefits.

    Participate in project planning and execution related to these initiatives.
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and effectiveness.
    Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of process improvements, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

    Provide regular status updates and reports to ensure the operational excellence roadmap, program and projects plans and functional process improvement plans add ongoing value.


    What You Need:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.2+ years of related business process analysis experience.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
    Experience using process modeling and documentation tools like Visio and Lucidchart.

    Understanding of process-mapping methodologies Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), or similar approaches.

    Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
    Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    You possess strong communication skills and are adept at organizing and presenting information in a clear and persuasive manner.
    Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to audiences.


    Bonus Qualifications:


    Certification or Training in Six Sigma Black Belt and Project ManagementExperience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools is a plusPlease note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualificationsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.

    We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $92,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
