    Description

    We're seeking a Regional Manager – Wealth Advisory Services to lead exceptional sales performance and client satisfaction by managing, coaching, guiding, and supporting Wealth Advisors and Wealth Associates within a specified market. This role involves fostering strong partnerships with business leaders to expand Wealth Advisory Services.

    Responsibilities

    • sales objectives, establish success criteria, and provide coaching and education to business partners.
    • real-time guidance and feedback by actively participating in pre-call planning, client/prospect meetings, and post-call discussions.

    Requirements

    • degree in Business or a related field.
    • of 10 years of experience in Financial Services.
    • in Wealth and investment management operations, processes, and systems.
    • managing sales and client service teams, achieving high-level results
    • of achieving high results while adhering to enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
