    Job Summary:

    JOB SUMMARY

    Assists in planning, coordinating and executing programs with some guidance.

    .

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Staff Health Plus On-site Biometric Screening events. This will include weekly New Staff Orientation events, Health Fairs, travel to Regional Hospitals and off-site clinics, as well as events for night shift staff.
    • On-site Biometrics (Know Your Numbers) includes screening blood pressure, weight, height, and BMI (body mass index).
    • Assists with the administrative support, marketing/scheduling and execution of Health Plus programs and events, including Step Challenges, Farmers Market, Mindful Stretch Breaks, Wellness Champions, etc.
    • Collaborate on Go for the Gold program component development/marketing as needed
    • Biometric upload administration
    • PCP identification and communication for those indicating no PCP
    • GFTG presentation scheduling
    • GFTG enrollment lab staffing

    Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program.

    Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
