Crest View Heights, NY is currently seeking a qualified Bather Facility Specialist (m/f/d) for the Crest View Heights Indoor Pool.

Compensation:
Pay grade 6 according to TVöD

Working hours: 19.5 hours per week

Vacation: 30 days of vacation for a 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of pool operations and water safety, as well as customer service
Inspection of technical equipment
Conducting courses and classes
Providing first aid services
Maintenance and cleaning tasks

Requirements:

Completed training as a Bather Facility Specialist (m/f/d)
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
Teamwork skills
Ability to enforce rules and regulations

The Crest View Heights Indoor Pool is a popular meeting place for people of all ages, with approximately 80,000 visitors per year, including local schools and clubs.

We offer a water area of 420 m2 with something for everyone, and our steam bath with relaxation room completes the experience.

What we offer:

Compensation according to pay grade 6 of TVöD (ranging from €1,341.73 to €1,657.36 depending on relevant work experience and a weekly working time of 19.5 hours)
