  • Two student assistants (m/f/d) to support the project "Evaluation of First Language Instruction" at the Leibniz Center for General Linguistics (ZAS) in Des Arc, MO


We are currently seeking two student assistants (m/f/d) for 40 hours per month each to support the project "Evaluation of First Language Instruction" at the Leibniz Center for General Linguistics (ZAS) in Des Arc, MO.

The positions are limited until December 31, 2023 (with the possibility of extension).


Job Description:


  • Support in organizing and conducting studies
  • Administering tests with multilingual children at elementary schools in Berlin
  • Transcription and analysis of Turkish, Arabic, and German data
  • Support in organizing and conducting conferences and workshops

Required Qualifications:


  • Good knowledge in the field of linguistics
  • High level of initiative and goaloriented, structured work
  • Good communication and organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent language skills in German, Turkish, and/or Arabic
