Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and successful HR Business Partner (M/F/d) to consult with CSI's client groups, facilitate organizational improvement, and provide guidance and support to ensure that CSI has the right talent to achieve its goals.

This support includes the following functions: recruiting and talent management (LEADS), planning and organizing learning and development initiatives, managing HR systems, and implementing and interpreting HR policies. Other projects may also be assigned.
