    Our client in Aston is seeking an Operations Supervisor to run their manufacturing facility Direct hire - permanent position

    Operations Supervisor Job Details:
    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm

    Pay Rate:
    $55K-$65K annual salaryExcellent benefitsDIRECT HIRE - PERMANENT

    Operations Supervisor Job Description:

    Supervises day-to-day operations of assembly, supply Chain, and warehousePlan and oversee the operational deployment of warehouse and technical facilities within the location to support uninterrupted business operationsDevelop staff training plan to ensure sufficiency of knowledge and expertise within the facilitySafeguard the functional reliability, safety and optimal usage of productionEvaluate, motivate (and discipline) local staff to assure standards of professionalism and demonstration of role-based competencesReport risks to operational activities impacting the local facility and implement preventative and corrective actions to appropriately respond to such risksEnsure safety, cleanliness and environmental regulations and standards are met Report the (daily) state of affairs to the General Manager through ad hoc notifications and periodic reports with regard to Manufacturing operations and financial aspects (expenditure costs, revenues, etc.)



    Operations Supervisor Job Requirements:

    Minimum of 3 years experience as a manager in a manufacturing or warehouse settingMotivational and organizational skillsDecisive, proactive leader able to make and communicate difficult decisionsAdept at working with Excel, including advanced formula logic and reportingAdaptive to rapidly changing insights, practices, circumstances and prioritiesAble to work independently and take responsibility for own resultsStress-resistant and able to cope with a heavy workload and widely varying workStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to develop positive professional working relationships on all levelsPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
