- Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies according to provided blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all assembled parts meet quality standards and perform necessary inspections and tests to verify product functionality.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with components, materials, or equipment to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives within the given timeframes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and the ability to interpret and follow technical instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives under direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- All Level 1 qualifications, plus:
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Ability to operate a variety of machines and equipment involved in the assembly process.
- Comprehensive understanding of all processes within the department.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Forklift driving certification.

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
