- Read and interpret mechanical drawings to determine material requirements and assembly instructions
- Operate portable power tools
- Utilize small hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers.
- 1-2 years of Mechanical Assembly experience
- Ability to read and understand documents written in standard English
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings and work instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form
- Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Be safety and quality-oriented, accountable, dependable, reliable, productive, ethical, a strong communicator, innovative, a team player, and have a positive attitude
