- Communication: Communication is critical in this role. Between the Team, Suppliers, prospective Supplies, and everyday interactions.
- Daily Outreach: Conduct a minimum of 40 calls per day and managing the shared Sales Inbox to potential Suppliers, establishing and maintaining strong communication channels.
- Closing the Deal: You will be held accountable for closing a minimum of 6,000 units per month, once successfully trained and working with your assigned Coaching Guide.
- Business Development: Work towards bringing in more Suppliers to United Catalyst Corporation, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
- Continuous Education: Engage in continuous learning and development, staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge.
- Sales Metrics and Volume Production: Weekly review of Sales Metrics and the ability to close Suppliers and produce volume, while fostering our Core Principles and Ethics, which will be discussed with your assigned Account Executive as a Coaching Guide.
- CRM Database: You will be responsible for entering and tracking all of your interactions with Suppliers within our CRM Database, which is currently Microsoft Dynamics.
- 2 years of sales experience (preferred, not required) - Might include B2B sales, a proven track record of cold calling, prospecting, pitching, question-based sales style, utilizing references, acquiring, and converting referrals, pipeline management, follow up, asking for the sale, lead conversion, drip campaigns and retention and attrition strategies.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred
- Proven record of successfully implementing and managing sales pipelines
- Willingness to be coached and to share ideas with the team
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to targeted audiences
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, preferred
