    Are you passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the complex world of health insurance? We're looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative (Individual Plans Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assisting clients with finding the right health insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works directly with individuals and families to guide them through the health insurance selection process.
    • Assist clients with the enrollment process while helping them to understand their new benefits.
    • Tailor solutions to each client's unique situation, providing personalized recommendations.
    • Stay up-to-date on compliance and government regulations in the health insurance industry.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and various health insurance carriers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of challenges.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
    • 1-2 years' experience in an office setting, preferably in customer service or insurance.
    • Willingness to obtain a Health and Life Insurance Producer License.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
