    Contract Duration:
    Full-Time Employment

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proficiency in desktop support
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication skills

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Familiarity with ITIL practices
    • Experience with ticketing systems
    • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft)

    Tech Breakdown:

    • Windows OS
    • Active Directory
    • Hardware troubleshooting

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Providing desktop support to end-users
    • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
    • Managing IT assets and inventory
