Our IT support team works behind the scenes to solve problems and improve our systems, ensuring optimal operation. Your focus is on ensuring that our IT infrastructure can meet the demands of our global business.

At the same time, you will work with the latest technology and learn how we are developing the warehouse environment of the future.

This position will initially be advertised as part-time, but there is the possibility of full-time employment.

Key job responsibilities
Your main tasks

• Support of end-user devices and IT infrastructure in your building
• Assistance with major network projects, such as IT facilities for new Amazon buildings
• Proposing new processes to improve the use of IT at Amazon logistics centers
• Mentoring and supporting colleagues

A day in the life
A typical workday
You will work on-site and visit other operating locations in Germany and possibly internationally several times a month.

As part of our IT support team, you will work with colleagues both remotely and in the office, supporting them with any issues.

You will use your expertise to ensure the optimal operation of our platforms and implement projects for the maintenance or improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Sometimes you may also help design the infrastructure for new buildings and ensure that everything runs smoothly when the new site is launched.
