Responsibilities:
Part-time Billing Assistant for International Operations
Location:
Osnabrück, AK
Hours: 8-10 hours/week
- Review and process incoming invoices
- Invoice additional services to customers and partners
- Monitor outstanding balances and handle collections
- Maintain master data and enter agreed freight rates
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of commercial processing
- Proficiency in using common computer systems
