As an expert in nursing and practice management (m/f/d) for Nephrocare Germany in Claysville, PA, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of high-quality and cost-effective nursing standards and care processes in dialysis and practice settings.


Your responsibilities:


  • Analyzing and improving dialysis and practice structures in terms of professionalism, quality, and costeffectiveness
  • Developing and implementing care concepts based on existing NCD standards in collaboration with subject matter experts within the company group
  • Conducting specialized audits and providing recommendations for MVZ management teams
  • Creating staffing calculations and developing recommendations for optimizing staff schedules
  • Assisting the Area Head of Operations in the annual personnel budget planning for MVZs
  • Developing shift models for nonmedical staff in dialysis and practice settings
  • Creating training content for nonmedical staff in dialysis and practices and conducting employee trainings
  • Serving as a point of contact for MVZ management teams for specialized questions

Your profile:


  • Valid nursing license (Krankenpfleger/schwester, Gesundheits und Krankenpfleger/in, or Gesundheits und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in)
  • Specialized training as a nephrology nurse or completed degree in nursing management or a comparable field, or training as a nursing service manager or unit manager
  • Several years of experience as a registered nurse or pediatric nurse, with at least 5 years of
