YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are growing and looking for support for our HR team in Mannheim:

  • In our decentralized company structure, you will be responsible for one of our business units with approximately 180 employees and advise our managers on all personnel-related issues (excluding recruiting and payroll).
  • You will review and handle labor and works council law issues and support our managers in their leadership role and responsibility.
  • You will accompany short and mediumterm international projects by handling the necessary international assignments and ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations in collaboration with the responsible managers and support functions within the company group.
  • You will work closely and constructively with the works council committees.
  • Participating in HR projects and implementing them will be a welcome change from your daily tasks.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a degree in human resources or labor law and at least one year of professional experience, or a commercial education with additional qualifications (e.g. personnel specialist) and at least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • You also have a good understanding of labor and works council law and are interested in solving labor law issues.
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, and are proficient in using MS Office.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and handle changes professionally and flexibly.
