Are you looking to actively shape the operational work of your company right from the start of your career? In your role as a Trainee in Organizational Development and Operations (f/m/d) in Crane, TX, you can expect exciting and diverse tasks in project management and organizational development, often in direct collaboration with our C-level executives As part of the Chief of Staff team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, practices, and control options at Data4Life.

Your future role:

You will start your 18month trainee program with the possibility of being hired by our team.
You will work independently and solutionoriented on subprojects and gradually take on your own topics, which you will fully manage.
You will help shape the strategy model of our organizational development and get to know different departments while supporting them in their transformation projects.
You will play a significant role in planning and conducting internal and external workshops.
During your time as a trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate to two other departments and receive support from experienced colleagues in your professional and personal development.

What you need for your success:

You have successfully completed your studies or are close to finishing and can actively contribute at least 30 hours per week.
You enjoy working independently, have a confident demeanor, and have high quality standards for your own work.
You have an affinity for combining technological and organizational aspects and can quickly grasp unfamiliar situations.
