    [General] Program Manager

    Job Overview:

    Manage all development process for Automotive OEM. Lead the development activities and make communication with outside customer and inside related teams in domestic and overseas

    Job Responsibilities:

    Program management Sales/Commercial

    • Manage Seat development function at Automotive OEM and Tier levels. Serve as a technical and program manage lead and lead the development activities and discussion with customer and internal related teams in USA, Korea, and all related locations in planet.
    • Contact all customer and internal team members related with product development.
    • Investigate and report in written about all process in customer, related on product development
    • Attend the all meeting related on engineering or development.
    • Identify the tasks that will occur in the short or medium term in advance and notify the relevant teams to prepare together accordingly before earlier than target date.
    • Management of "Open Issue List" and share all related team to follow up and align our customer's request.

    Customer

    • Primary contract point with related Customer teams.
    • Development of strong customer relationships that deliver value to the company and provide for increased confidence/desire to work with the company.
    • Provide "voice of the customer" to COO and Headquarter management teams.
    • Align all activity and mind to Company's core value of "Customer / Challenge / Collaboration / People / Globalization"
    • Frequent face to face meeting with customer where located in Irvine, CA. (10 min from office)

    Process

    • Provide and report about the customer process related in program management in written document to reflect to the company's internal process.

    Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 3+ years of Seat background.
    • 3+ years of Program Management background.
    • Experience in Automotive/Automotive part/EV startup field is preferred.
    • Strong organization skills with follow-through and a focus on "the details".
    • A history of success working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities.
    • The ability to build partnerships with internal and external customers.
    • Exceptional skills with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office.
