    Joining us as a Sales and Marketing Associate places you at the core of attracting, identifying, and bringing in new franchisees to the Stellar Service Brands franchise networks. Working closely with the Vice President of Franchise Development, your focus will be on generating leads that lead to successful new franchise sales.

    Qualifications
    • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation sales, encompassing outbound calls, networking, and digital lead generation
    • Proficiency in cold calling and establishing new customer connections
    • Dynamic and competitive with a determination to achieve results, overcoming challenges with self-drive and determination
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering strong relationships and delivering top-notch customer service
    • A team player who thrives on collaborative success
    • A keen learner, motivated to enhance sales and communication skills
    Responsibilities
    • Independently sourcing leads through marketing initiatives and consistent outbound calls to construct a robust sales pipeline for the team, implementing outbound lead tactics across various digital and social platforms
    • Effectively presenting the franchise opportunities within Stellar Service Brands by establishing transparent relationships with prospects, following Stellar's outlined sales process and materials. This involves engaging with prospects in face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or virtually
    • Actively engaging in networking across diverse channels to establish a solid market presence for all Stellar brands
    • Participation in relevant industry events and tradeshows to cultivate industry relationships, drive lead generation, and boost the visibility of the Stellar brands
    • Tracking activities and utilizing a designated CRM system, including KPI reporting
    • Engagement in role acceleration training and continuous development opportunities

    Flexible work-from-home arrangements are on the table.

    Compensation: $55,000.00 per year

Restoration 1 is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and restoring their properties to their pre-damage state.
