    Senior Manager, Technology Audit – Denver, Colorado (Hybrid)

    In this role you will lead cross-functional internal auditors and coordinate with business unit partners to execute multiple, complex technology audits and consulting projects.

    Role Responsibilities
    Oversee the planning, designing, and executing our internal audit activities.
    Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls and report on these findings to senior management.
    Collaborate with different business partners to establish remediation actions from the issues you have identified.

    Work closely with senior members of the internal audit team to evaluate the business risks, regulatory risks, and assist in developing the annual internal audit plan.

    Responsible for supervising staff assigned to the audits including providing feedback and coaching on the work performed.
    Role Requirements
    7+ years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably within a financial services company or accounting firm.
    Having a CISA, CISSP, CIA or equivalent would be an asset.
    Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on business and technology risk.
    Must be a team player who can build strong working relationships with both stakeholders and internal team members.

    Salary
    The base salary range is $124, ,000 USD per year.

    Total on target compensation includes a base salary and

    short-term (15% of base) and Long-term (5% of base)

    incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
