In this role you will direct a team of cross-functional internal auditors and coordinate with business unit partners to execute multiple, complex technology audits, consulting projects, and SOX reviews.
Role ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, designing, executing, and oversight of our technology audit plan.
Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls and report on these findings to senior management.
Collaborate with different business partners to establish remediation actions from the issues you have identified.
Research and keep abreast of legislative and regulatory issues, key risk themes, and audit methodology trends.
Work closely with senior members of the Internal Audit team to evaluate the business risks, regulatory risks, and to develop the annual internal audit plan and department-wide strategy, including staffing, recruiting, training, and methodology.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring Senior Managers and direct reports, including providing feedback, coaching, and goal setting.Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, information systems, business administration, or closely related field.
10+ years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably within a financial services company or accounting firm.
Supervisory experience required.
Having a CISA, CISSP, CIA or equivalent would be an asset.
Advanced knowledge of Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (CoBIT), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) of the Institution of Internal Auditors (IIA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and controls frameworks (COSO) or other relevant framework.
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills with a strong focus on business and technology risk.Must be a team player who can build strong working relationships with both stakeholders and internal team members.

The base salary range is $154, ,000 USD per year.
Total on target compensation includes a base salary and
short-term (20% of base) and Long-term (20% of base)
incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
