    Acquisition Support Specialist

    The Opportunity:

That's why we need you, a skilled program and project management specialist who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

    On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of strategy and execution. You'll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and analyzing policy updates impacting each project's success, collaborate with program leadership to review contracts and CDRLs, and have regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, budget and project analysts, and clients.     You Have:

    • 7+ yearsof experience with DoD acquisition systems
    • Experience with DoD customers
    • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience leading DoD acquisition programs through major milestone decisionsfor ACAT I programs
    • Experience with DoDI and DoDI
    • Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes to apply DoD policies to program plans
    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or Computer Science

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience with U.S. Space Force systems and organizations, including in Space Systems Command (SSC)
    • Experience with military SATCOM systems
    • Experience with space acquisitions
    • Experience with systems engineering
    • Possession of strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
    • TS/SCI clearance
    • Master's degree
    • DoD Acquisition certification
    • Systems Engineering certification, such as INCOSE ESEP, or CSEP

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
