Description
Position available in a unique production processing environment. Must be comfortable around a computer workstation with some Windows familiarity. As needed, we will teach you the technical skills needed to grow and advance.


Your responsibilities in this role

• Learn custom software along with processing procedures
• Process, modify and build messages
• Reviewing customer instructions prior to processing
• Provide customers with samples
• Inspecting job samples to ensure they are error free before submitting to customer
• Ensuring that all messages deadlines are met
• Reporting production issues or problems to supervisors

Requirements:

• Workstation familiarity with Windows and M/S Office (Excel, Outlook etc.) required. Basic graphic tools experience are a plus but not required (InDesign)
• 12+ years of experience working in a team environment within a business
• Required accuracy and attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Multitasking, prioritizing, and dependability
• Disciplined, perceptive, resourceful, solutionoriented, and techsavvy
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work after hours and/or on weekends as needed
• High school diploma

Pay:
$19.00 per hour
