    Job Title: Creative Team Lead at VMLY&R

    Required Skills

    • Proven leadership capability to oversee a team of art directors and copywriters.
    • Excellent presentation aptitude and the skill to collaborate effectively with account and technical teams in a dynamic environment.

    Required Experience

    • A bachelor's degree, with a preference for a focus on design or writing.
    • Minimum of eight years of exceptional design/art direction or copywriting experience within an agency setup.
    • Digital expertise is essential.

    The salary range for this role currently starts at $100,000 and can go up to $230,000. Individual compensation is determined based on various job-related aspects, such as location, business requirements, level of authority, experience, and qualifications.
