    Job DescriptionSalary:

    rEvolution is one of the leading independent, international, and fully integrated sports marketing, consulting, and media agencies. Founded in 2001 with a focus on representing brands in sports, we provide our clients with a full-service marketing approach, including sponsorship consulting, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media and research.

    At rEvolution, we pride ourselves on creating award-winning brand-building marketing, strategic consulting and media programs for our client partners that are widely recognized throughout the global sports industry.

    rEvolution is in search of a dynamic, enthusiastic, and visionary Creative Director. In this role, reporting to the SVP, Creative + Strategy, you will lead integrated marketing efforts and be responsible for managing and mentoring the creative team.

    You Will:

    • Partner with the Creative + Strategy teams to concept, develop, and execute creative ideas across media, all to elevate brands and engage audiences
    • Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for the creative development
    • Review the work of Art Directors and Copywriters to direct and improve their efforts
    • Lead creative kick-off meetings with account and strategy partners; provide direction to the team on roles and deliverables; drive inspiration and clarity
    • Spearhead creative brainstorms and provide input on concepting ideas based on knowledge of current trends, pop culture, and brand goals
    • Generate original ideas, deliver constructive critique, and foster a culture of collaboration and team building
    • Develop and present creative work with confidence
    • Mentor junior members of the department and lead by example
    • Work collaboratively to push creative deliverables to a higher aesthetic
    • Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace
    • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

    You Have

    • A minimum of 10 years' experience working full-time within marketing at a creative agency
    • Portfolio of produced work: brand campaigns, experiential activations, social media, partnership and sponsorship ideation, and beyond
    • A professional history of creative marketing grounded as either a copywriter and/or art director
    • Fresh, original ideas
    • Comfort, confidence, and experience presenting creative work
    • Enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism
    • Expertise and sensitivity as a manager of personnel
    • Willingness to travel on occasion
    • Demonstrated passion and interest in a variety of culture, sports, motorsports, and/or brands

    This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office but has a global reach
