YOUR ROLEReporting to the National Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal customers' experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center.
You will be part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with CCL'sCollaborate with Kuehne+Nagel employees in our more than 1,300 offices globally.
You will always challenge status quo when it comes to process improvement and cost control.
Process all files within given Service level agreements while following all Kuehne+Nagel policy and procedures.
Oversee Kuehne+Nagel's latest technology for Sea Logistics operations.
You will be responsible for oversee communications platforms for Sea Logistics operations.
Ensure that all files are processed within Kuehne+Nagel's set standards.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESHigh School Diploma or equivalent. You will have experience using email, chat, internet, and Microsoft Office Suites.
You will have the ability to work in the office 5 days per week.
