Your main tasks

As part of national and international supervisory law, capital market and derivatives law, you are responsible for reviewing and analyzing international legal opinions.
You advise the management and specialist departments of VÖB-Service GmbH on all legal issues and provide practical recommendations for action.
You create and review (model) contracts and conduct complex contract negotiations.
Active and communicative exchange with banks and other departments of VÖB-Service is an important part of the job.

Your profile

You have completed two legal exams with at least a "satisfactory" grade.
You ideally have initial professional/practical experience in contract law/banking supervisory law or have chosen this as your focus of study. However, applications
