Description
Help us ensure that network operators throughout Europe can fulfill their important role as operators of critical infrastructure with the help of our solutions. As Mettis, we make our contribution every day to the supply of light, heat, and water, and ensure that no one is left in the dark.
You will be responsible for technical solutions in close communication and interaction with our customers. Your tasks will include the installation and support of applications, including in the cloud, as well as analyzing requests and resolving errors.
What we expect from you
- You will work on projects to implement our modern applications
- You will support our customers in using current web applications, mobile systems, and GIS systems
- You will analyze and resolve errors, as well as implement complex applications
- First and second level support
What you bring to the table
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in (business, geo-) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of Windows environments, knowledge of Linux environments is desirable
- Desirable knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as JAVA
- Proactive personality, exceptional customer orientation, and good communication skills
- Team spirit, enjoyment of helping others with your expertise and solving problems
- Independent action
