    Job Description


    We are seeking a qualified Emergency Department Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center, preferably in a high-volume emergency department. The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to provide real-time feedback. Flexibility to work across all sections of the Emergency Department is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department
    • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
    • Engage with patients and their families using AIDET principles
    • Document patient care using the Cerner system
    • Float within the various sections of the ED as needed

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    • Must have 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an emergency setting
    • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS required before hiring, and ENPC within 90 days of hire
