    Description


    Insight Global is looking to hire a Training Coordinator to support a large international electronic group located in Columbia, MD on their service team.

    This position will be a hybrid work schedule and provide support to new Service Technician apprenticeship program.

    This individual will work closely with the Service team to facilitate training efforts, coordinate onboarding, develop curriculum, track progress, and qualifications for employees, and create a progress & results tracking system.

    This person will also work with the client's Learning & Development Manager to align Service training requirements.

    Additional responsibilities include running metrics on current employee comprehension and determining which trainings will be needed, lesson planning and measuring results from those trainings to determine the effectiveness, shape and refine onboarding process for Service personnel.

    Instructional design experience
