Job Title:
Training Coordinator


Location:
Remote


Job Type:
Contractor, 20hrs a week


Job responsibilities:


  • Contact external trainers and create proposals to provide CEU trainings.
  • Schedule all external trainings in our calendar and send reminders for each training session.
  • Meet with supervisor weekly to discuss ongoing projects and receive feedback.
  • Familiarity with the ACE & State of Maryland Application (CEU's Sponsorship) process.
  • Create and distribute training quizzes and evaluations for each training session.
  • Effectively organize and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the training needs of the organization.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of mental health practices and regulations (preferred).
