Contractor, 20hrs a week
Job responsibilities:
- Contact external trainers and create proposals to provide CEU trainings.
- Schedule all external trainings in our calendar and send reminders for each training session.
- Meet with supervisor weekly to discuss ongoing projects and receive feedback.
- Familiarity with the ACE & State of Maryland Application (CEU's Sponsorship) process.
- Create and distribute training quizzes and evaluations for each training session.
- Effectively organize and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Perform other duties as required to support the training needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of mental health practices and regulations (preferred).
