    Job DescriptionJob Description
    • You will be maintaining the records of all the vendors for all of our 12 Clinics.
    • Maintain an accurate and organized file system.
    • Make payments, check outstanding balance sheet, and prepare data analytics on Weekly and Monthly basis.
    • Prepare report data for the Executive Director to ensure timely compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director and team as requested.
    • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
    • Conduct research and gather information for various projects
    • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
    • Provide support to HR department in recruitment tasks such as screening and reviewing candidates
    • File, type, and distribute documents as required
    • Assist with special projects as assigned

    Requirement
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, OR equivalent job experience
    • Strong Knowledge of Vendor Management, bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles
    • QuickBooks and Excel expertise
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to understand financial data, processes, and procedures
    • Perform job responsibilities in an efficient and timely fashion.
    • Computer proficiency, MS office suite, excel analytics, and google docs
    • A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
    • Friendly and customer service oriented
