    Consilium is looking for a Inside Sales Representative - that will be able to create and cultivate functional partnerships with healthcare facilities and Consilium team members. The ideal candidate has a superior work ethic, a competitive spirit, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a passion for finding creative solutions to real-world problems.

    Seeking:

    • Strong sales mindset, ability to generate and secure potential contracts
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities
    • Accountability, self-motivation, competitiveness
    • Ability to both compete and collaborate in a team setting
    • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Phone sales experience (helpful for this role, but not required)

    Your Day-to-Day

    • Consult with healthcare facilities on staffing needs, generate new leads
    • Negotiate initial contracts with healthcare facilities
    • Document all facility interactions, schedule follow-up communication
    • Partner with Recruiting and Account Management to source under-staffed facilities and connect them with available physicians
    • Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare facilities searching for providers
