    We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team! Your main focus will be on identifying sales opportunities and offering excellent customer service. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE

    Business Development Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and sell staffing services with emphasis on Light Industrial/Manufacturing accounts
    • Achieve sales targets on time
    • Close and follow up on sales deals
    • Handle and resolve customer problems and complaints
    • Network and establish connections with new and existing clients
    • Create and execute effective sales strategies
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts in assigned customer accounts
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements
    • Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
    • Conduct research to identify potential new customers and market opportunities
    • Offer prompt and suitable solutions that meet clients' requirements
    • Conduct phone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to current and potential clients
    • Enhance market position by discovering, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
    • Identify innovative ideas by researching industry trends and events
    • Source potential business deals by reaching out to possible partners
    • Explore and exploit business prospects
    • Evaluate potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and financial aspects
    • Finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning contract needs with business operations
    • Maintain confidentiality to safeguard the organization's value

    Business Development Manager Qualifications / Skills:

    • Strong abilities in Prospecting and Closing deals
    • Proficiency in Sales planning and Territory management
    • Skilled in understanding and addressing customer needs
    • Thorough Market knowledge
    • Excellent Presentation skills
    • High Energy level and a proactive attitude
    • Effective negotiation skills
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
    • Capability to establish rapport with clients
    • Previous experience in staffing sales, specifically in Light Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, is preferred
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to comprehend and analyze sales performance metrics
